Healthy Sugar Free Antioxidant: Blue Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute
1 Cup Frozen raspberries
1 Cup Frozen mixed berries
1 Banana, peeled and diced into chunks
1 Tsp Honey or 2 Dates (optional)
Method
In a blender, add in the milk, frozen raspberries, frozen mixed berries, honey or dates and diced banana. Blend on high until the mixture is pureed and creamy. Enjoy.
Apple a Day, Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Beet
1 Banana
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Sweet Apple
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup of Coconut Water
1 Tsp Honey or 2 Dates (optional)
6 Ice Cubes
Method
Add all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend it for a minute and pulse for a minute. Blend again for a minute or until its all well incorporated. Enjoy it at anytime of the day for a refreshing fruity and vegetable smoothie that is beautiful colored and delicious.
