  • 1km run
  • Followed by 1 functional workout station
  • Repeat 8 times

In total, you’ll run 8km and hit 8 workout stations along the way. Think of it as the lovechild of a CrossFit WOD and a 10K run—with less technical lifting and more real-world strength moves.
