Super Powered Goji-Ginger Cinnamon Iced-Tea

Kai Chase Goji iced Tea
1 1/3 C Goji Berries
6 C Water
2 Cinnamon Stick
2 t Fresh Ginger Root, Grated
2 Lemons, Large, Juiced
1/2 C Lite&Sweet
Boil the water in a medium
sauce pan and remove from the fire. Add
the goji berries, cinnamon sticks and ginger.
Steep for about 20-25 minutes. Whisk the
mixture and pour into a blender (removing
the cinnamon stick). Blend the juice for
about 1 minute until completely blended.
Strain using a sieve and cheesecloth into a
glass pitcher. Add the Lite&Sweet, lemon
juice and ice to the pitcher and serve.
